OpenStreetMaps Import Added

MapWorks now imports OpenStreetMap geometry (worldwide) by simply windowing an area inside the drawing.  It’s a good idea to set an appropriate layer current first.

Be sure to comply with the OpenStreetMap Copyright & License.
